[SOLVED] Bootable usb (w/ iso) won't even get to login

I have created a bootable usb with an iso using rufus. When I select the option <UEFI SANDISK PARTITION> (which is my usb) in the bios the kernel starts to boot. It kicks out a few errors and just stops without getting to a login prompt. Here is a picture...

I'm surprised to get error like this from a bootable usb. I mean I haven't even started the installation process like partitioned my drive or anything. What can I do?

Per the wiki on "USB Flash Installation" here section "In Windows using Rufus" it states that the image has to be transferred in DD Image mode which I was NOT doing. Once I did that it booted just fine. I'll be more diligent in reading the wiki from this point forward. Cheers~S
