[SOLVED] Xfce terminal open links with wrong browser.

Hi,

I'm facing the exact same problem as the one marked as Solved here :

https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=191547

but in my case the solution doesn't work.

It's really weird :

- this command : `exo-open --launch WebBrowser `  launches the good browser.

- clicking on a link (in lireoffice for instance) will open the right default browser, the one configure in xfce settings.

- but cliking on  a link in any terminal launches chromium (which is my previous default browser)

- my $BROWSER variable is wrongly set, but changing to correct value it doesn't change anything. And by the way I don't know where to set it correctly, or if it's used anywhere.

This happens from any terminal : Tilix or xfce4 terminal emulator in my case.

Any clue is welcome smile

regards

Damn,
my answer was not posted, here it is :

I followed this : https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-1032080.html

and it worked
Sorry not to have better checked before.

changed manually  ~/.config/mimeapps.list
and set exo-web-browser.desktop  instead of chroimum.desktop
