ntlm_auth was not found or is outdated

When trying to use Mp3tag in WINE (clean 32-bit prefix), after a few seconds it says an unexpected error has occured, and asks me if I want to save a diagonistics file. If save one, I can keep using the program, but if I decline, the program crashes.
