Greetings. I have imagemagic installed on my system and would like to do a screen capture with the import command.
I tried running
import test.jpgand my cursor cannot be seen.
I can however drag a boundary and capture successfully.
how do I approach this problem ?

nvm I found out that it is due to my cursor going off during inactivity. ensuring the cursor is visible while typing the command seems to solved the issue.
