[SOLVED] imagemagick import no cursor

Greetings. I have imagemagic installed on my system and would like to do a screen capture with the import command.

I tried running

import test.jpg

and my cursor cannot be seen.

I can however drag a boundary and capture successfully.

how do I approach this problem ?

Re: [SOLVED] imagemagick import no cursor

nvm I found out that it is due to my cursor going off during inactivity. ensuring the cursor is visible while typing the command seems to solved the issue.
