Auto switch to HDMI audio when select external display only

Hi, I want to automate process of switching default audio card. Desktop Environment installed is KDE with ALSA and PulseAudio.
I have asus Xonar DX, DAC USB Fiio and NVIDIA HDMI Audio.

Now it looks like this:
1. default card set to Xonar DX
2. change display to external display only (TV connected permanently with hdmi), audio still set on Xonar, I have to set it manually to NVIDIA Audio
3. change display to "built-in"/ primary display, audio set on USB Fiio

I want to make it work like this:
1. default card set to Xonar DX or Fiio (I want OS to remember which one were selected)
2. change display to external display only, audio should be automatically set to NVIDIA HDA
3. change display to "built-in"/ primary display, audio should be set to default from the first point

Is this possible? "How I want this to work part" is how it works on Windows 10.

I already tried to set default card in KMix.
