Can't boot into arch linux..

I only get Blank screen with blinking courser:

Doesn't seem like I can access anything not even grub.
What can I do?

Needs more information which hardware?  Did you run a BIOS update recently, change/ swap harddisks? It's often the case on UEFI systems that your NVRAM entries are reset, in which case you will want to chroot from a live disk and reinstall your bootloader. What's your output for

efibootmgr -v
