VideoOutput from USB-C docstations is broken

Hello. I have a laptop ZenBook S UX391UA.

Packages:
linux-zen-5.2.zen1-1
xorg-xserver 1.20.5-2
xf86-video-intel 1:2.99.917+863+g6afed33b-1
mesa 19.1.2-1
vulkan-intel 19.1.2-1

And two USB-C devices

Original from ASUS (USB-C -> HDMI)

Bus 001 Device 020: ID 06c4:c002 Bizlink International Corp.

UGREEN 40873 (Multiple dock USB-C)

Bus 004 Device 004: ID 05e3:0749 Genesys Logic, Inc.
Bus 004 Device 005: ID 0b95:1790 ASIX Electronics Corp. AX88179 Gigabit Ethernet
Bus 004 Device 003: ID 0bda:0412 Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Bus 004 Device 002: ID 2109:0817 VIA Labs, Inc.
Bus 001 Device 015: ID 0bda:5412 Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Bus 001 Device 014: ID 0483:5710 STMicroelectronics Joystick in FS Mode
Bus 001 Device 013: ID 1017:9015 Speedy Industrial Supplies, Pte., Ltd
Bus 001 Device 012: ID 2109:2817 VIA Labs, Inc.

And after connect it to any from my 3 USB-C ports, i didn't see connected DP1\DP2 device

Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 1920 x 1080, maximum 32767 x 32767
eDP1 connected primary 1920x1080+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 290mm x 170mm
   3840x2160 60.00 + 48.00
   1920x1080 59.99*
DP1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
DP2 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI2 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
VIRTUAL1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)

I know what HDMI and Monitor is worked 100% (I have second laptop)
Problem started after rebooting into new kernel 5.2. I rarely reboot my laptop, about once a week. Downgrade to 5.1.16 doesn't helped.

Any ideas?
