So today I ran the 'sudo pacman -Syu' to update & upgrade my Arch, and take note that I am fairly new to Arch and it's need for workarounds. Let alone Linux itself.
The command did its part. I didnt check enough for the packages being upgraded, and failed to notice that I was upgrading the kernel.
When I type
'uname -r'
Output:
This was normal to me until I wanted to install VMWare. You see , the package just couldnt accept my kernel. And I knew something is off, because when going to the kernel locations:

Why is my Arch showing contradicting facts? And what can I do?

It's not. When you booted, you had kernel 4.19.57 on disk and that's what was booted and is still running. Then you upgraded, so what is on disk is now 4.19.59, but as you haven't rebooted, the currently running kernel is still 4.19.57. The uname command returns information about the currently running kernel.
(edit: typo)
