Gnome shortcuts not working

In my tweaking, I must have changed something I shouldn't have.  Some of my gnome shortcuts are not working.  No matter what I set 'Show the panel run application dialog' and 'Show the panel menu' to be, they don't work.  When I log in as a different user they do work.  Something in my gnome configuration is screwy.
