I've got a R620 running the latest kernel (Linux r620 5.2.1-arch1-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Jul 14 14:52:52 UTC 2019 x86_64 GNU/Linux), and dmesg shows this on every boot.
[ 13.789117] ACPI Error: No handler for Region [SYSI] (000000004011ce0f) [IPMI] (20190509/evregion-127)
[ 13.799839] ACPI Error: Region IPMI (ID=7) has no handler (20190509/exfldio-261)
[ 13.805464] ACPI Error: Aborting method \_SB.PMI0._GHL due to previous error (AE_NOT_EXIST) (20190509/psparse-529)
[ 13.816895] ACPI Error: Aborting method \_SB.PMI0._PMC due to previous error (AE_NOT_EXIST) (20190509/psparse-529)
[ 13.828740] ACPI Error: AE_NOT_EXIST, Evaluating _PMC (20190509/power_meter-743)
Is it anything to be concerned about? The only other source I can find is an upstream bug that seems to have no clear solution.
