[SOLVED]Window to select file is all blank

Hello,
Whenever I have a form on the web that opens a new window to let me choose a file from my computer, the window fills up the whole screen with all blank and no visible buttons whatsoever. I have no idea what log to begin to look at. My system is as follows:
Browser: Firefox
Desktop Manager: i3
Graphics driver: Bumblebee (I think. I can check if needed)
Thanks

Re: [SOLVED]Window to select file is all blank

for_window [window_role="pop-up"] floating enable
for_window [window_role="task_dialog"] floating enable
floating_maximum_size 1500 x 1500

Adding this to my i3/config helps. Changing gsettings on the command line doesn't seem to do anything. Thanks for your prompt responses
