Nouveau crash on shutdown

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad P1 gen 2 with a Nvidia Quadro T1000 graphics card.
It appears that when doing anything with some graphics it crashes on shutdown.
I have installed the proprietary drivers which seems to work fine so far.
But I thought I'd share the journal, and if this is a Nouveau bug and not me being dumb, report it upstream.

I've seen this as well on my Thinkpad X1E Gen 2 (1650). Ended up doing the same thing you did, installed the proprietary drivers and all is well.
