Chromium 76.xxxxx works slow after update

After last upgrade, I've noticed huge performance drop in Chromium in youtube, not sure if it is related to the chromium by self. It is feeling like slow motion, 3-10 seconds delay between button press or scroll. I tried ungoogled chromium, result same. Opera works relatively same as before. Are you experiencing same ? Did I miss some new annonces with CPU security issues that I have to disable ?

cpu i3 7100u, 12 gb ram, ssd

Remove all of these i915 parameters, you are essentially treading in unsupported territory mucking around with those.
