BT Headset volume very low

I am using a Sony MDR 1000X headphone. Since month everything is fine, now, few days ago I connected them as always and now the sound is more or less gone, unless I put it up to 150% where I can hear the sound but just very low. It is using the a2dp sink.

There is no issue with the BT headphone, as with my phone its still working perfectly.

Now here are few system informations.

Re: BT Headset volume very low

I know it is quite a necro dump, but I got the same issue with pretty similar hardware:
Sony WF-1000XM3 and similar looking system conf (altough a bit newer of course).
Sometimes the volume is fine, sometimes it is even hard to hear if it is active.
If I change to HSP/HFP as audio profile the volume is back to normal (of course with crappy audio).

Re: BT Headset volume very low

https://www.reddit.com/r/sony/comments/ … _not_loud/
This is the solution. It is indeed a setting in the headphones. After connecting to the phone and pushing the volume in the Sony APP completly up they are as loud as ever.
Sorry to bother you, but maybe it will be at least usefull when someone tries to google it like I did.
