Don't paste screenshots of text, paste the actual text, in code tags: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Co … s_and_code
And paste the output of `ip a` and `systemctl list-unit-files --state=enabled`.

I notice that sometimes the internet works after boot but sometimes I have to manually run dhcpcd wlp3s0 for internet to work...

You don't have any network management service enabled: how are you managing your networking?

This is how I installed wpa_supplicant and dhcpcd during installation...
pacman -S wpa_supplicant
systemctl enable wpa_supplicant@wlp3s0
pacman -S dhcpcd
systemctl enable dhcpcd@wlp3s0

Well, according to your paste, none of those services is enabled. But the error on boot clearly says that at least the dhcpcd one is.
So something is off. In any event, you want to read the networking page on the wiki and pick one manager and enable only that.

weird...I run systemctl enable wpa_supplicant@wlp3s0 and systemctl enable dhcpcd@wlp3s0
but systemctl list-unit-files --state=enabled does not show themm...
both wpa_supplicant and dhcpcd are installed...
The internet was working too after boot a few times ...

You have a misconfigured wpa_supplicant service:

I do nano -w /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant-wlp3s0.conf and here is the content:
I have all wpa_supplicant services disabled and use the ln -s /usr/share/dhcpcd/hooks/10-wpa_supplicant /usr/lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-hooks/ hook.
I have an internet connection after login(ping www.google.com works) but I still get the "A start job is running for dhcpcd on wlp3s0" message during boot which is very annoying.

Your config is incomplete, please refer to the wiki.
I have all wpa_supplicant services disabled and use the ln -s /usr/share/dhcpcd/hooks/10-wpa_supplicant /usr/lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-hooks/ hook.
Where did you get this from?
