rtorrent scgi works on PC but not on a VM

Hi!

I installed rtorrent-git from the AUR and the scgi port worked with flood-ui right away. There is no apache, nginx or lighttpd is running on the system. I just added the scgi_port = localhost:5000 to the ~/.rtorrent.rc.
If i type "curl localhost:5000" to the terminal it says "Empty reply from server". I just installed an arch vm in vmware player and did all the same things and rtorrent is running but the port 5000 is not open. If i curl it, it says "connection refused". I copied all the configs but still not working. Tried everything i found on google to set up apache, lighttpd and nginx but still nothing.
I have no idea how does it work on my pc and why not on the vm. Do you have any suggestions on where to start digging this out?

EDIT: I found out that it works if i run it from the terminal but not when i run sudo systemctl start rtorrent@user

Check the Journal.  To post the journal output from the console see the tip box from pastebin
Please only post the output for one boot not the whole journal.

While you provide journal logs please add output for your listening sockets too:

ss -tulpn
