Fn key is not working in T440P

I've got a T440P and just die a Arch fresh install with Gnome, everything seems to be working just fine, except by the Fn key, at the moment I'm unable to use F1-F12 keys, unless I disable the special functions through BIOS.
Am I doing anything wrong? I dont know if the system is loading thinkpad_acpi correctly, this might be the root of the issue, to be honest, I dont really know anymore.
