I have Ralink RT3290 bluetooth adapter on my HP Pavilion 15-n259tx laptop. I am having an issue with connecting with bluetooth devices. I have installed Rtbth-dkms for getting the bluetooth adapter functional. I can confirm that the bluetooth hardware is in working condition as it works well on Windows 10. Now, when I try to detect other devices from my PC, no device is found. I have tried to detect the PC from my two mobile phones and none of them could detect the PC either.

The problem is solved. It appeared to be that bluez-utils package was not installed.
