Problems with Konqueror and KDE plasma

I can't use the searchbar in Konqueror with plasma. Using LXQT desktop environment it works fine. In plasma pressing return or clicking the button doesn't have any effect. Does anyone know a possible reason to try fix the problem?

Edit:

After a complete reinstallation of all KDE software the problem still appears after deactivating web shortcuts. Activating web shortcuts and restarting the browser makes it work again.
