iwlwifi Intel 9260 crash in loop on 5Ghz wifi with a 80Mhz width

I can't make my wireless card work on my home network using a 5Ghz chanel with a 80Mhz width, dmesg is looping on the same error and sometime report a call trace.
I had reported this problem to https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=205055 you can find all relevant info like lspci, iw info, iwconfig, dmesg ... in attachment of this bug report.
Is anyone had this problem with iwlwifi ? Any insights to fix this ?

Note: using "options iwlwifi 11n_disable=1 swcrypto=1" work but I had very slow connection throughput, also "options iwlwifi 11n_disable=8" isn't working.

Re: iwlwifi Intel 9260 crash in loop on 5Ghz wifi with a 80Mhz width

Looks like it was mentioned on bugzilla before https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=204151#c25
Edit:
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=205055 and https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=205001 have similarities.
A firmware dump might also help upstream.  Please remember to encrypt the debug dump.
