[DEAD] Xrandr does not detect VGA-0 output connected

I want to connect samsung syncmaster 710mp to my acer aspire 5920g via vga.
Monitor light is blinking but xrandr shows that VGA-0 is disconnected.

lspci | grep VGA

output:
