How to launch Virtual Machine Manager and show a running vm on startup

As a newcomer to Arch Linux, I'm now stick with the lxdm-xfce4 DE and I can't find anywhere to fire up the Virtual Machine Manager on the startup of the desktop environment.

And I'd also like to virt-manger to show the graphical interface of a virtual machine set to autostart when it's launched after the desktop environment is running.

Anyone please tell me how to accomplish that goal?
