Charging stops working and red indicator blinks on Visconte S tablet

Acpi always works good, and charging is working too, but some time after it stops charging and red indicator starts blinking, if I unplug charging wire, it doesn't stop blinking.
That's strange, because if I load windows after linux shutdown device is charing , red indicator is on and is not blinking.

btw, seems like it began after I installed deepin De (deepin-desktop and startdde).

how can I remove deepin kernel patch changes, or where should I search reason?
