Strange segfault in epiphany-search on a cleanly installed archlinux

I installed and configured archlinux, then installed gnome, started the system, and saw the following default in the dmesg log:

[ 68.606695] epiphany-search[957]: segfault at 55890000000a ip 00007f86843e3a93 sp 00007ffd640057b0 error 4 in libglib-2.0.so.0.6200.1[7f86843ba000+81000]

What is this segfault? And why did it happen? I didn’t even launch this browser (epiphany)...
