Hello!
I was running a mixed locale for time and currency (and maybe LC_LANG) set to Greek.
I have since removed said locale settings and switched to US and UK.
Here is my/etc/locale.conf:
cat /etc/locale.conf
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LC_TIME="en_GB.UTF-8"
here is locale command run in cli:
locale
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC=en_US.UTF-8
LC_TIME=en_GB.UTF-8
LC_COLLATE=en_GB.UTF-8
LC_MONETARY=en_US.UTF-8
LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT=en_US.UTF-8
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=
But whatever I do, Nautilus continues to display information in Greek.
I am running KDE on Arch and just have Nautilus for easy connections to FTP and SMB shares.
How can I change the Nautilus locale back to en_US_UTF-8?
