Problem running hwd -x

I upgraded yesterday my packages from arch repositories but something happened, I saw that xorg-server was upgraded and my gnome desktop is really slow right now, every time I move a window the processing increases a lot, and when I run hwd -x command to rewrite xorg configuration nothing happens, I wait for an hour and the lshwd process consumes all the processor...

I really would like to know what happened.

Regards

Re: Problem running hwd -x

I've been having that same problem for quite a while now. It just says something about creating the config file but never finishes its task.

It is a bit annoying. I can still manage to use xorgconfig but hwd used to be so much easier and care free.

Thanks for your time
