GNOME freeze when launching/interacting/destroying KDE Applications

I have plasma, GNOME and i3 installed in my computer. Recently, I purged plasma (sudo pacman -Rsc plasma) and returned to GNOME.
However, I found every time I tried to open a KDE Application, gnome freezes for a few seconds. The desktop environment will also freeze when I do certain interaction or close the application.
I tried to switch to TTY and run htop to check whether CPU/ Memory was full, however not at all.
I tried to reinstall misssing plasma package, however not solving problem.
