subsurface crashing

Hi guys

Am I the only one with the problem that subsurface is crashing randomly? When I start via CLI I get following errors but the program is starting:

MapWidget.qml: cannot find a plugin named: googlemaps
1 ,  "The geoservices provider is not supported."
qrc:/qml/MapWidget.qml:24: Error: Cannot assign [undefined] to QDeclarativeGeoMapType*

The mapview is not working on my system, map is empty. After some seconds or sometimes even minutes while editing dives subsurface is crashing by simply freezing. No error message, nothing.

Anyone with ideas if this is Arch specific or upstream?
