[Solved] Kernel v5 Graphics Issues on Huawei Matebook D 14"

I've been using Arch for a few months on the Huawei Matebook D, but I've had to use linux-lts (4.19.80-2) because both DEs I've tested, Cinnamon and KDE Plasma, show lots of pixellation on mainline linux, especially when running something hardware-intensive (like YouTube in the screenshot below). I don't know how to determine where the issue is, but I am fairly certain that it's a hardware issue because I haven't seen this reported by anyone else, and I was able to get Arch running on the mainline kernel without issue on a Dell Latitude 3300. The hardware is a Ryzen 5 2500U w/ integrated Vega 8 graphics, 8GB DDR4 RAM, and a 14" touch screen.

Pixellation Example on linux 5.3.7.arch1-2:

Is/are there some kernel module(s) that come(s) enabled on linux-lts, or is there a config file I need to set up? I'd appreciate any pointers towards how I can troubleshoot this issue because I'm lost on where to start looking past the surface-level issue.

Thanks in advance.

Difference between lsmod on the mainline kernel and lsmod on lts, if it helps:

Edit: Fixed thumbnail
Edit: Included lsmod diagnostics

Edit: I was being too specific in my searches. It turns out that this is an issue with AMDGPU and out-of-date BIOSes, so I'm going to first try that, but setting the kernel parameter iommu=pt should also provide a work-around.
