Solution for my case:
removing all the targets of the symlinks given by "pacman -Qkk ffmpeg" and reinstalling ffmpeg

Hi,
after a recent full upgrade I had a issue with musescore 3, this is the error:
musescore: error while loading shared libraries: libx265.so.176: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Then today vlc too throw a very similar error:

Sounds like a partial update.
Please paste your full pacman log and the output of `pacman -Qm`

I have a pretty good internet connection, so I usually use powerpill for doing full system upgrade for speeding up the download process

Anyone can help?

Jason tried, but you failed to provide the requested information.
Please see our code of conduct. Specifically, do not post empty "bumps", and use the edit button if you were the last one in a thread to post and you want to add more information.
Of course, most relevant here would be adding more information as was already requested. The output of `pacman -Q x265` could also help - though this would be included in the already-requested pacman.log.

Running 'pacman -Syu --ignore=pango'
Also, never run `pacman -Sy $package`: it breaks things. You also might want to addess all those warnings about permissions on /usr/bin.

When pango gets upgraded to 1.44 my terminal shows only tons of unrecognized character, like when you try to visualize chinese characters. I wasn't able to find another solution than exluding pango from upgrading.

Did you try?
I really don't want to be unduly abrupt, but this issue has been covered ad naseum on the forum with several viable solutions provided.
In any case, ignoring pango (while a very bad idea in it's own right) is not the cause of the problem in this thread. The cause of this problem is as JWR initially noted: you are persistently doing partial upgrades. Run a proper upgrade.

Sorry for the ignorance: how should I do this exactly? "pacman -Syu"? If so I run that a billion times. I think you saw it many times in the last days inside pacman.log

You need to take some time and learn about the system you just installed. Arch is not for those brand new to linux and or those not ready to make some effort to do their own searching and learning.
EDIT: nevermind, you're not actually using this distro, you're using manjaro. It was made clear in rules you agreed to when you registered here, that manjaro is not supported here.

Topongo,
There has been a suggestion that perhaps this truly is an Arch Linux install by another member of the moderation team. Please send me an email if this is the case.
After clearing things up with the OP, I chalk this up to my misinterpreting the logs. Restoring this thread.

After reciving the mail from ewaller I figured out (remembered) that some times ago I was searching for an aur helper (another big mistake) and following a guide I added a foreign repository. I will immediately remove that repository.
I just need to do a system upgrade then?

Most likely, yes. If any errors remain, post them and we can follow up.

Reinstalling ffmpeg do nothing. I think the only way to proceed might be removing ffmpeg and reinstalling.
Is there a way to remove ffmpeg without cascading all the dependencies?

You reinstalled ffmpeg with
# pacman -S ffmpeg
and pacman -Qkk detects the same issues?
