dvdstyler - no empty.mpg

Hello everyone -
recently I install dvdstyler from AUR. I created dvd only with regular menus, so the program needed to use 'empty.mpg' but it is not included in the filelist. Apparently it should contain this file to use in such situation. I can fix this by using vmMenu, but shouldn't 'empty.mpg' be part of the package?
