Hi everybody,
Yesterday octopi didn't start ![]()
I wanted to upgrade yay before updating octopi.
On pkgbuild of yay i had problems with go, so i decided to try update it.
For making a reinstallation, i have uninstalled go, but i forgot to uninstall all dependency (sudo pacman -R go).
And since thoses actions, i cannot reinstall go, because of existing pkgs.
I get the message:
go: / usr / lib / go / pkg / tool / linux_amd64 / vet is already present in the file system
Errors have occurred, no packages have been updated.
Is any way to force reinstallation of go?

What were your problems with "go" exactly? What did you try to do?
For proper handling of the error read: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pa … )%22_error

A problem compiling yay with the command "makepkg -si". I encountered an error that seemed to be related to "go" who was not up to date.
Obviously there must be a specific procedure to reinstall "go".
Fortunately, I had a system image of my arch partition, so I reinstalled it.
This subject is solved.
