since some weeks my arch server crashes randomly

I have serious issue with my updated arch, for some reason it hangs and only a reboot helps. It runs on a vmware since years very stable. maybe someone has any idea ;|

Linux 5.3.8-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT @1572357769 x86_64 GNU/Linux

 journalctl -b-1

Monitoring looks very normal, the peek is from start up the services after reboot
