Random freezes / No wakeup from suspend.

I run arch linux on my notebook (Thinkpad 13) since around 2 years without an issue. Now since a few days I have the issue that the system is unresponsive after suspension. And also encountered multiple freezes during normal use. Within a minute till 2 hours of use. All I can do is hardreset the notebook.

So it just happend ago today, here u can see my journalctl -b-1:

As a first action I downgraded my kernel to 5.3.7, but looks like the suspend issue still is there.
