[openbox] since update, can't launch anything (solved)

hello,
today I had make an update then reboot.
I log in, launch X with "startx", as usual an openbox launch.
usualy I have a terminal that auto open (launch it with "autostart")

now when I launch openbox, I have only tint2 and my mouse.
my terminal in autostart won't launch
my shortcut in rc.xml won't launch it or any other applications
and the pipe menu doesn't work (don't get any gui error message)

what can I do ?

Post some relevant information...
Xorg logs, journal, openbox configs etc.

solved:
some days ago I duplicate screen on TV (HDMI).
don't know why, tonight source doesn't duplicate but be in extend mode, so applications opens, but I don't see it .
