How to set text-scaling-factor for different monitors?

I have two monitors, a 2k screen and an 1080p, and the 2k display  is the main display and the 1080p on the side.
I need to scale the font size up to 1.25 in 2k screen to see the text clearly.
But after the scalling the text is too large in the 1080p screen. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Environment: Gnome 3.34

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/HiDPI

Qt5 supports per screen scaling, otherwise you might want to scale up the FullHD to a (blurry) UHD (on X11 and wayland) or whatever it takes to align the logical DPI (and covering all sorts of UI elements)
