I have a relatively fresh install of arch, and I'm using sway. File dialogs don't show up at all on firefox(nightly), which by the way is running with wayland support. It does work on chromium. Any ideas what I could do to troubleshoot this?
This is what it says when I open it:
(firefox:34587): Gdk-WARNING **: 13:33:24.575: Failed to read portal settings: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.freedesktop.portal.Desktop was not provided by any .service files
(/opt/firefox-nightly/firefox-bin:34666): Gdk-WARNING **: 13:33:24.914: Failed to read portal settings: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.freedesktop.portal.Desktop was not provided by any .service filesEdit: Installing xdg-desktop-portal fixed the portal.Desktop warnings, however file dialogs still don't work.
The warnings I get when trying to open a file dialog are:
(firefox:36003): Gdk-WARNING **: 13:38:09.788: Server is missing xdg_foreign support
(firefox:36003): Gtk-WARNING **: 13:38:09.788: Failed to export handle, could not set transient forHowever when I open firefox with GDK_BACKEND as x11 I do not get these warnings but the dialogs still do not show up

Hi,
I also have some issues with latest Firefox (firefox 71.0-1) when wayland is enabled (MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1) with sway.
File dialogs are OK but drop down lists do not show up. I can see the current value but it does not drop down when I click on it.
No warnings issued by Firefox.
