Fan doesn't work after suspend. Aspire ES1-311

Hello everyone! I have a problem: after suspend, fan works few seconds and stops.

I found in 'sensors' output:

before suspend:

acpitz-acpi-0
Adapter: ACPI interface
temp1: +40.1°C  (crit = +105.0°C) #temperature is lower in few degrees then Cores temperature

after suspend:

acpitz-acpi-0
Adapter: ACPI interface
temp1: +26.8°C  (crit = +105.0°C) #temperature doesn't change over time

2 months ago everything worked well.

I tried downgrade Kernel and lm_sensors - no results.

'dmesg' is silent.

In what direction should I look for a solution? Thanks!

Kernel: x86_64 Linux 5.4.2-zen1-1-zen
DE: Cinnamon 4.4.3
WM: Muffin
CPU: Intel Celeron N2840 @ 2x 2.5823GHz
GPU: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Bay Trail 
RAM: 2152MiB / 7843MiB
