Rip an Audio-CD-iso without burning it first?

Hi there!

Currently I am digitizing my complete music collection again. I use Rubyripper for this. Works great so far, but now I have a little problem: Three of my CDs are a little bit complicated, I had created iso files of them a while ago under Windows and wanted to read them now without having to burn them to CD.

I use Gnome, in Nautilus there is the possibility to mount the isos directly. Unfortunately I can't feed Rubyripper with the appropriate mountpoint, I only get an error message because the medium was mounted read-only.

How can I solve this and read out the Isos?

Maybe you can use cdemu or you could try manual ripping/conversion with sox or maybe audacity can open it.
