Entries in KOrganizer cause error on Android phone

Creating a new entry in KDE Plasma/ KOrganizer causes error when synced with the phone
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    Create a new entry in KDE Plasma/ KOrganizer
    synchronize with smartphone
    synchronize Davx5 on the smartphone
    See error
    -> 'at.bitfire.ical4android.InvalidCalendarException: Couldn't parse iCalendar'
    and
    -> 'net.fortuna.ical4j.data.ParserException: Error at line 26:Missing expected token, last token: ERROR: No Value'

An entry generated in the calendar of the server (posteo) synchronizes flawlessly. So do an entry generated by calendar app in Android.
I heard of issues with libical, but those should be fixed after the last update. Yet it isn't here...
I asked the folks of davx5 for help and those of ical4j, no answer yet

See log here: github/ical4j/issues

Windows assumes the user is an idiot.
Linux demands proof.

Update to KDE Frameworks 5.66.0 > KCalendarCore: Fix RRULE generation for timezones fixed the issue
