How to get power save readings from nvidia/laptops

Hi,

I have a iGPU Intel UHD 620 and a dGPU Nvidia GeForce MX150 (Thinkpad T480). In the current situation, I have a power hungry, non-usable graphics card that sucks empty my battery (~ 12 W in idle). :-(

what app you did use for get power information? i'm using xfce

Please don't hijack unrelated threads.

Use nvidia-smi for nvidia specifically and powertop for the more general hardware overview.
