[SOLVED] LaTeX Error: File `biblatex.sty' not found.

Hi!

I followed the instructions on the wiki:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/TeX_Live
to setup TeX Live and biber.

But at compilation I encounter the issue in the subject:

! LaTeX Error: File `biblatex.sty' not found.

What has gone wrong?

LC_ALL=C pacman -Qo /usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/biblatex/biblatex.sty
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/biblatex/biblatex.sty is owned by texlive-bibtexextra 2019.52577-1

LC_ALL=C pacman -Qo /usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/biblatex/biblatex.sty
error: No package owns /usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/biblatex/biblatex.sty

Benedict_0, your system is missing the package that has that file and you need to install it.

Which one is it? I installed TeX Live and biber as per the wiki page:

sudo pacman -Syu texlive-core texlive-fontsextra texlive-latexextra texlive-science biber

You need texlive-bibtexextra

texlive-bibtexextra

solved the problem.

Please don't necrobump 2 year old solved threads for what amounts to be a "me too" bump.
