SOLVED thank you all
the problem was my box had nss-hg for some reason instead of nss
might be some incompatibilities in version that firefox 72 needed some new features only available in nss but not in nss-hg
now it works fine
thanks you all

So your system was broken by package not in official repos (there is no 'nss-hg' packages in repos). Is it AUR package?

It is in the AUR and it is the equivalent of a -git package for mercurial repositories. You'll have to rebuild it regularly to stay with the current development status.

Yes it was. This package was installed into my system when I tried FF70 beta and when downgraded it was not downgraded that time and that bug emerged with firefox 72
thank you all for help
as I am a fan of FF and I dont stand any chrome based browser
and the option I had before spoting the issue was to reinstall arch even how painful it was

I downloaded nss with `yay -S nss` and I still am having this issue.
Also tried `yay -Syyu` and updated all packages with `yay`.
Restarting computer didn't work either.

The same problem raised after updating to version 87. Reinstalling of nss-hg helped
