I followed the guide in this arch wiki article
to setup audio. The audio works beautifully while playing music with spotifyd but when I launch
a video on youtube using the brave browser, only the top tweeters work... Sound does work correctly in firefox though.
How should I go about fixing this?
I don't know what system logs or commands could help advance this issue.
Feel free to give me commands to run so we may gain more information about
this issue.

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*

From a sound chain perspective everything works correctly. What does surprise me here is that brave itself is giving you a 4.0 output stream (are you actually listening to a 4.0 video/music/what have you) or should this actually be stereo (compare the outputs for that same source from firefox and brave, my hypothesis here is that firefox will show you 2 channels) if that is the case, brave tries to be "helpful" by exposing the full channel count it received from the intended sink, and then only filling the stereo channels. Pulse will in turn, as it has received a valid "complete" channel map not do any upmixing to the surround setup you want, leaving your other speakers silent.
Ergo reads like a bug in brave ...(or maybe a feature, that might even be optional, rummage through your settings whether you can adjust something here), not sure where these should be reported.
