zfs dkms works in virtual machine by fails when on real hardware

ZFS installed fromAUR as DKMS module https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/zfs-dkms
Booting in UEFI mode (LTS kernel, bootctl loader on FAT32 partition on one of the disks used for ZFS raidz1)
It works flawlessly in QEMU-KVM virtual machine with disks passthrough but fails on multiple real hardware.
On one PC it just freeze, on another it says zfs module is not loaded.
Does ZFS DKMS hardware specific when compiling or preparing kernel?
