[SOLVED] .NET Core - dotnet run

I am having trouble running the dotnet run command
Error:

 /usr/share/dotnet/sdk/3.1.100/Sdks/Microsoft.NET.Sdk/targets/Microsoft.NET.Sdk.FrameworkReferenceResolution.targets(88,5): Error: the specified RuntimeIdentifier  'arch-x64' was not recognized. 

I already followed the documentation instructions and added the PATHS in bashrc
