Can't setup WiFi on my Dell XPS 15 7590

Hi, I am struggling to get my wifi working.
Funny enough arch install USB gets wifi connection without any problems using wifi-menu, and displays adapter with `ip link`.
But as soon as I boot into arch `ip link` after installation doesn't even detect the wifi card.
I have tried installing drivers manually using  guide from Dell 7590 #Networking section.
After manual installation, `ip link` detects the card but it does not work. It says in the guide that `with kernel version 5.2.2 and linux-firmware 20190717.bf13a71-1, WiFi would be working out of the box.` but unfortunately this does not apply for January's Arch-Iso's kernel.

dmesg -w | grep iwl

gives me the following log:

I have followed the wpa_supplicant guide on Connecting with wpa cli but when I run the following script where `wlp59s0` is my `ip link` card that gets detected after I manually install the driver

#!/bin/bash
conf=/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf

touch $conf
cat <<EOT > $conf
	ctrl_interface=/run/wpa_supplicant
	update_config=1
EOT

wpa_supplicant -B -i wlp59s0 -c $conf

I receive the following error:

What am I missing? Why the network card works for arch iso but it does not work for the system after it gets installed?
