ob-yml-menu: generate an openbox menu.xml from a simple yaml file

Hello,

as I love Openbox, I really don't like the xml config files. As a result I never much bothered to customize my menu.
I wrote a small python tool which will take a nice yaml file and generates the ugly xml file for me.

I also created an aur

This is my first contribution to arch. Maybe somebody find it useful :-)
