Hey,
on my X1Yoga I have the problem, that everytime after I wake the device up from sleep or hibernation, bluetooth is started (as in "the kde bluetooth widget has the blueooth check box enabled")
Bluetooth systemd service is enabled,
''AutoEnable=false'' is set in bluetooth main.conf
Does anyone have an idea why bluetooth is started after wakeup?

Ok, so you can enable rfkill-block@bluetooth.service which will do that.
You can also edit that service, so it is executed after hibernation/sleep/hybrid-sleep as well.
Just add
WantedBy=suspend.target
and respectively for the others at the end of the service file under the [Install] section.

Actually, it isn't really solved. I suspect that the internal usb connection is cutted when it goes to standby, so when it wakes up it thinks that the bluetooth adapter is new, so it turns it on.
