USB mouse does not work

Hi. Since yesterday I'm encountering some issue with USB mouse. After starting machine and logging into Plasma, mouse cursor simply does not move.

This is part of my dmesg:

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot it?
For now my workaround is to unplug and plug it again - then after a while it starts working.

PS. I haven't had any hardware changes recently, BIOS changes nor BIOS updates.
